Our Dry Gin is a triple distilled 100% organic rye grain spirit with five traditional botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Lemon Peel and Rose.

Our distillation technique results in a bold gin that is perfect for sipping but mixes into your favourite cocktail with ease.

Tasting Notes

Nose:​ Delicate juniper & coriander, background of toffee with hints of lemon candy and rose

Palate:​ Spicy juniper and earthy angelica notes, balance of spice, citrus and rose

Finish:​ Touch of rye spice, black pepper, long and complex as juniper lingers
